The PCI/ISA Pentium Raven single board computer brings
the highest possible performance to MS-DOS, OS/2-Warp,
Windows, Windows 95, and UNIX system applications.
Hi-Tec’s RAVEN CPU upgradeable computer compatible
with IBM AT, PC ISA, and PCI BUS systems provides fast
75, 90, 100, 120, 133MHz and higher processor operations.
Integrated onboard multi-function I/O control includes: 4
EIDE hard drive control, floppy drive control, 2
high-speed serial ports, and one enhanced parallel port.
The Raven can accommodate up to 128MB of standard and EDO
RAM by using 36 modules. US Logic has designed this
single board computer to be compatible with current and
future generations of Intel Pentium processors, including
the P55C.
The Raven single board computer offers exceptional
price and performance advantages for military,
industrial, medical, telecommunications and commercial
applications. The 75 MHz Pentium is the low cost entry
into this high performance arena. The Raven can be easily
upgraded from 75 MHz Pentium economy to P55C power
without the need for expensive processor modules or
costly board rework. Instead of an oscillator, the Raven
utilizes a frequency synthesizer chip that allows the
user to easily select the appropriate clock frequency.
Raven plugs directly into a single PCI/ISA slot of a
passive backplane chassis. All other slots are available
for multiple option cards. The integrated Voltage
Regulator Module socket ensures compatibility with all
current and upcoming Pentium processors planned for the
future.
The Raven single board computer was engineered to
